Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times vary based on destination and carrier capacity. For domestic shipments, allow 3-7 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with these options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Economy Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders totaling $60 or more

Expedited services are temporarily unavailable to maintain reliable delivery standards across all product categories.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 30+ countries including the United States, Canada, UK, and most EU nations. We cannot ship to embargoed regions or countries with restrictive import policies for consumer goods. Some remote locations may incur additional surcharges - you'll be notified before order confirmation if applicable. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

- Your unique tracking number
- Carrier information and expected delivery window
- Direct links to monitor progress

Tracking typically updates within 48 hours of scanning. If your portal shows "Label Created" beyond this period, please allow additional processing time before contacting support.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While 98% of deliveries arrive as scheduled, occasional disruptions occur. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the estimated delivery date has passed:

1. Check carrier websites for service alerts
2. Contact neighbors or building management

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are separate from your order total and typically collected upon delivery. We declare all items at actual purchase value and cannot mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid fees.
